Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the IC Computer website and services. These terms govern your relationship with IC Computer and outline the rules and regulations for the use of our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, resellers, and any other users who access or use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Minor variations may exist between the displayed and actual product. • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. • We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honoured. • Customer Price and Reseller Price are clearly differentiated. Reseller pricing is available only to verified reseller account holders. • Typographical errors in pricing do not constitute a binding offer, and we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment processing and receipt of order confirmation via email/SMS. • We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹50,000. • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders. • For bulk orders, custom quotations and payment terms may apply. Contact our sales team for details. • Order cancellation is permitted before the order is shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 within India. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2,000. • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. • For local orders, same-day or next-day delivery may be available. Contact our store for availability.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery for most products. • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories and documentation included. • Certain categories such as software, consumables (ink cartridges, toners), and custom-configured products are non-returnable. • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error. • Please refer to our dedicated Refund & Return Policy page for complete details.

6. Warranty

• All products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty as specified in the product listing. • Warranty claims must be directed to the respective manufacturer's authorised service centre. • IC Computer provides assistance in facilitating warranty claims but is not directly responsible for warranty service. • Our repair and installation services carry a separate service guarantee as specified at the time of service. • Warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, physical damage, or exposure to liquids.

7. Limitation of Liability

• IC Computer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service in question. • We are not responsible for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products and services. • Product specifications, compatibility, and performance depend on various factors and are not guaranteed by IC Computer. • We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. • Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. • If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. • These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and IC Computer regarding the use of our website and services.
