Start with the work you need to do, not just a model name. Bring this checklist when comparing laptops or asking us for a quote.
List your daily tasks
Write down the apps you use, whether you work mainly at a desk or travel, and which accessories you need to connect. Include any software requirements supplied by your school or employer.
Set a complete budget
Include the laptop, any required software, accessories and delivery. Ask which items are included in the quoted price and which are optional.
Compare the exact configuration
Record the full model number, processor model, memory, storage, display and operating system. Two laptops with similar names may be offered in different configurations. Ask about upgrade options for the exact model.
Check practical details
If possible, try the keyboard, screen and touchpad. Check the size, weight, ports, charger and warranty details. Ask who handles service and keep the invoice.
Confirm before ordering
Verify the current configuration, stock, delivery date and total price. Share your requirements with IC Computer if you would like help comparing the listed products.
